We called the local police but to our surprise they favoured the local staff. They just said write to a compliant to @dominos_india @zomato Will we get justice to our traumatized experience, we were fearing for our life.

We had to visit @dominos_india branch and enquire about our order & staff said they wil make the order in next 30mins , when asked for delay they threatened saying take it or leave it. Their entire comment section is flooded with the same delay issues

When asked for the same issue starting saying why did you order from @dominos_india and started threatening to beat us as we are non locals, store manager Sridhar threatened to beat us with pizza cutter if we don't leave the store it was 1am in the morning

We had a very distasteful experience with @zomato @dominos_india's Pizza in lonavla, maval branch, they made it worse on our vacation day when we were hungry.
We ordered pizza around 10:47PM frm Zomato & there is no response either from Domino's or Zomato for past 2 hrs......
