@CosmicLoveSage What really works for me is to stay conscious as much as possible of my thoughts and body energy setting the clearest intentions for my being and the frequency I want to bring into the world. Intention setting and energythoughts check ins to shift quickly and realign to the light

@CosmicLoveSage Yes Amore I used to do that A LOT and felt TERRIBLE until I realized it was my OLD SELF MEMORY coming in when my energetic immune system was low. Stopped feeling bad about it and focused on replenishing before going out of alignment and releasing interferences.
