Customer service agents misbehave and cut the call without providing any resolution.

Friends as per RTE ACT schools can't collect Capitation fee and and PROFITEERING is prohibited there's punishment for the same
1. School can be de recognised
2. A fine of 10 times of Capitation fee
3. Per day fine of 10000 rs
