🎙 Manchester United really 'dream' to add Aurélien Tchouaméni to their team, Real Madrid open to sell the player for €100M, but the issue is United don't want to pay a big upfront fee just like they didn't with Eliot Anderson, Sandro Tonali or Matheus Fernandes.

Also, Tchouaméni's wages at Madrid are seen as a problem, and it would require him to take a pay cut for anything to progress with United.

At this point, we are probably going to end up moving and going back in for Carlos Baleba if the fee is seen as 'more doable' because the players they really really want are outside of what the club is willing to pay.

With the club being back in UCL next season, Casemiro leaving and being light in numbers in midfield and also other areas, it was clear we needed to sign quality players, but the players we have been working on all require serious investment, something they are clearly not willing to do, which is not going to do Michael Carrick any good with the amount of matches.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox needs to give their heads a wobble, and back Michael Carrick in the market, they can't allow the new permanent manager to go into next season with the current group, he needs more and that can't happen without serious investment and ambition in the calibre of players we want and need!

Sometimes, especially in today's highly inflated market, you just after accept you are going to after overpay for the best players who, in the long term, make all the difference on the pitch.

In my opinion, we are even seeing further evidence from the board that they are not serious and that they are nothing but incompetent in every department! 🔴 #MUFC

I am currently living in pune and believe me there are no such issues of adulteration.
Yes the mileage has dropped. We are still getting mixed fuel at the same price.
But adulteration is a different issue altogether.

I never thought I’d say this, but Michael Carrick IS STARTING TO GO FROM A BLESSING TO A CURSE.

The reason INEOS backed Amorim heavily last summer was because they knew his system needed the TOP players. Without them, he could end up finishing 15th again.

With Carrick, though, they seem to believe he’s a miracle worker who can compete with average players as long as he has 11 on the pitch. I think that’s part of the reason they were reluctant to push for Anderson and Mateus Fernandes and are now enquiry about Andrey Santos.

Dark days are coming with INEOS unless they start acting like a top club again.

Santos is a good find. A good player too.
But I personally think a bench player still.
Wharton is what I want my 2nd signing to be.
