Love for South Indian countryside is what drives me to the lovely place and calls me every day towards itself.
Proud to call myself a half South Indian!
What this guy did was not corruption. It was treason.
If this had happened in the Soviet Union, he would have been summarily executed.
If it had happened in the US, there would have been a trial and he would have been executed
In India, he will take another GST in the name of his brother in law and bid again for the same tender
I guess the theory that India's biggest enemy is Indians themselves, keeps proving true again and again and again

Dear common citizens,
Avoid foreign travel, don't buy gold, use ethanol, and please car pool.
Let's save some foreign exchange so that our ministers, judges and lawyers can enjoy a badminton tournament in London.
Let's do it for the nation 💪
First, Iranian sailors were killed in your water, and you stayed silent, saying it wasn’t your men.
Now, your own sailors have been killed in Iranian water, and you may stay silent again, saying it wasn’t our waters.
A strong govt protects its people wherever they are. A weak government looks for excuses.
Using agencies like ED and CBI to instill fear is easy amongst your own citizens. Showing courage when citizens are harmed is what truly tests leadership.
Dear @ZEE5India,
I subscribed to the World Cup Pack because it was advertised as supporting 3 devices, allowing my family to share the subscription. After payment, the device limit was changed to 1 device only.
This is misleading and unfair to consumers. Please resolve this issue or provide a refund.

The U.S. produces nearly 90% of the crops used for ethanol domestically, and India also produces around 90% of its ethanol feedstock at home.
Yet E85 sells for about ₹20 per litre in the U.S., while in India it’s around ₹85 per litre.
Now you know who’s making the bigger profit from E85 and perhaps why it’s being pushed so aggressively! #E85
Even after showing my virtual DL to constable Mr. Khema Ram at Mayur vihar metro station on 6th June he denied that virtual DL is not acceptable and fined 7000rs for driving without DL. He wanted to settle this but I denied.

Modi ji said that foreign trips should not be undertaken so that dollars can be saved.
On the other hand, a Union Minister is taking 75 judges and senior lawyers on a six-day trip to London.
The Chief Justice, who likened the youth to cockroaches, was also with them.
Subscribed @amazonIN Prime for ₹1499 and then another ₹799 extra for the “ad free” option. Yet Made In India: A Titan Story still shows ads. What exactly is the point of paying extra then? What kind of devious practice is this?
Film in theatres: censored, cut, certified "A".
Same film on OTT: "Raw & Undekha" version promoted on every Smart TV homepage.
Kids who can navigate YouTube better than adults now have easier access than theatre going "A" audience.
What exactly are we regulating here?
An empty DTC bus at 9 PM. Not because there are no passengers—hundreds were waiting at bus stops along the route. The driver simply wouldn't stop. Route 356STL Dwarka Cluster Depot 22 buses are notorious for this.
The only reason I managed to board was because, as I saw the driver not slowing down at my stop, so I pulled out my phone and started recording with flash. The driver immediately stopped.
For many Delhi residents, these are the everyday hurdles involved in something as basic as boarding a public bus, especially the old orange ones. Operator contracts need stricter infractions clauses for not stopping.
Latur, Maharashtra Police !
Are we waiting for people to die at the hands of such Police Officers ?
When are we going to say enough is enough ?
The role of the traffic police is to regulate traffic, enforce road safety, and issue penalties (challans) for violations.
They do not have the authority to inflict physical punishment on citizens. Any act of physical violence by an officer is a violation of the law and human rights.
Right to Due Process: If a rider fails to stop, the legal recourse for the police is to note the vehicle's registration number, track the owner, and issue a challan or summon the individual to court.
All this talk about Governmental corruption makes me think of the Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, who in 2004 fired the entire police department, dissolved pointless ministries and sacked 60000 civil servants..
And instead of Georgia becoming a max type of lawless dystopia, over the next 10 years, its GDP went up by 70%, corruption almost vanished and per capita income tripled.
So Yeah
No ministry takes responsibility for the country’s problems. Not the Education Minister, not the Finance Minister, not Railways, not Transport, not the Health Ministry and not even the Prime Minister himself. All of them are fooling the people.
@WhateverVishal Sad & True actually
Top 5% is extremely good, sharp, hardworking & law abiding too. Perhaps better citizens than of any Dev Nations.
95% are pulling them down in multiple ways, used as a votebank and kept illiterate & dumb on purpose.
As a kid I read a chacha Chaudhry story
It said :
A thief was caught and given a choice:
Either eat 100 onions or receive 100 shoe-beatings (sau jute).
Thinking onions are easier, he starts eating them. After a few onions, the burning becomes unbearable, so he switches to shoe-beatings.
After a few shoe-beatings, he finds those even worse and switches back to onions.
He keeps changing his mind until, in the end, he has eaten all 100 onions and received all 100 shoe-beatings.
Moral : Failure to commit to a difficult choice makes things worse.
