🚨🔵 OFFICIAL: Enzo Maresca statement on Chelsea exit.
“The decision to leave was only mine. My resignation from Chelsea opened a path for me to join Manchester City, which is a club I knew very well. I am ecstatic that I have now joined Manchester City”.
“I recognise that my departure from Chelsea in the middle of the season caused disruption for the club and I apologise for that. It was neither my intention nor my wish”.
After I posted the mchanga audited reports in 2024 , exhausted, mentally drained and almost running mad, jobless and traumatized, Mwabili shared my number here enthusiastically and Kenyans gave me a million ksh that I’ll never forget. It’s our turn now to support him 0799428109

As I have said before, we can elect Jesus Chris for President in 2027 - and, we are going to be back in the streets in six months, IF WE DO NOT VOTE FOR CHANGE.
What I mean by that is, electing a promoter and a perpetuator of the status quo is a fool's errand.
Because the deck is stacked against the average Kenyan.
Kenyans need a brand-new contract with government, and those who run government.
The picture of what is happening with our money is as heartbreaking as it is clear.
For every shilling spent in Kenya - 70% is going to about 3% of our population.
The Consumers.
97% of Kenyans - the Contributors - are mere spectators in our economy. They contribute blood, sweat, tears, and taxes.
The average Kenyan is making about KSH 20,000 a month.
Out of the national revenue which is about KSH 2.5 to 2.7 trillion - 50% goes to about 1 million people.
The people in the national government.
That is 2% of the population - taking 50% of the national cake in one fell swoop.
That is before one shilling is spent on debt service.
Before we send one shilling to the counties - we are bleeding. We need to borrow close to KSH 2 trillion today to stay above water.
If we don't borrow - we have absolutely nothing to send to the counties. Nothing to service our growing debt.
Nothing to pay a Senator close to KSH 1.5 million 9 (all in).
Nothing to ensure that the Senator obtains KSH 738,000 in travel allowance monthly.
Nothing to pay KSH 18,000 in "daily subsistence" to the same Senator.
What does it about us as a country, when a Senator is given KSH 18,000 for food and rinks DAILY, when the average Kenyan is earing KSH 20,000 a month?
What the heck does that say about us?
The average county in 2024-2025 could only raise 5.9% of its budget.
Think about.
Every county needs on average 94% of its budget supported.
And we as citizens have no mechanism to control how much money the counties spend.
We have laws - don't get me wrong. But our laws don't mean a damn thing in Kenya.
We have laws such as the Public Finance Management Act (2015, Counties) - which prohibit spending more than 35% of revenue on salaries.
Yet, the average county spent 47% of revenue in 2024-2025, on salaries for 1% of the population in County Government.
The average county in 2024-2025 stole KSH 1.4 billion from citizens by spending on average 47% on salaries.
Nairobi alone stole KSH 7.1 billion that year. Year before, KSH 6.7 billion.
In the last three years, KSH 131 billion has been stolen that way.
And when @SakajaJohnson is asked why he won't solve Nairobi's flooding issues, he says that this is a 100-year situation.
The KSH 14 billion that he has stolen from Nairobians in the last three years apparently has nothing to do with it.
When 1% of the county takes 47% of revenue - when self-respecting governments across the world are spending less than 20% - the message could not be clearer:
That government's purpose in Kenyan society is to extract. To pilfer. To nickle, and dime.
So Kenyans lose about 50% of all revenue - at the national and county level - to about 3% of the Kenyan population - in salaries alone.
Before the first shilling of benefits is counted.
You remember that story about Jesus turning 5 loaves into a feast to feed thousands?
I submit that even that miracle will fall short in this situation.
Take a look at the table attached and look at, for example, Kisumu County.
The less than 1% of people in Kisumu County in 2024-2025 took 63% of every single shilling spent there, on salaries alone.
Before travel costs, which was KSH 491 million.
Before @AnyangNyongo spent KSH 173 million wining and dining.
KSH 173 million catering for this 1% in government.
Can you imagine that?
Kisumu's Governor has a salary that is 41 times the income earned by the average Kisumu resident.
But those in government cannot buy themselves lunch or tea.
They spent KSH 173 million of taxpayer funds, in one year, on such things.
This is after taking 63% on the money in salaries.
Do you understand the level of greed involved here?
Think about this:
The average person in Kisumu in 2024-2025 earned around KSH 24,000 a month, before taxes.
Yet - MCAs in Kisumu during this period took a salary many times the income earned by the average citizen.
On top of that, each MCA took home another KSH 87,000 EACH MONTH, IN:
"Sitting allowances".
An MCA's "sitting allowance" in Kisumu is close to 4 times the total income earned by a citizen there, monthly.
So - you lose 63% of all income on salaries to the 1%.
You lose KSH 491 million on wasteful travel
You lose KSH 173 million in 'catering".
And we have not said anything about other benefits going to this 1%.
This is how a county can receive KSH 80 in transfers from the Kenyan people, and still have a 40% poverty rate. 10 years after devolution.
Because when lose 63% on salaries to begin with - and then factor in all these other benefits - the result is guaranteed.
You won't be able to serve anyone, other than the 1% on government.
This perversion of government into an extraction machine is what must be broken. Defeated. Vanquished.
We need people who think differently about government, and its role in society. About what it means to be trusted with the honor of leadership.
