After days without internet and countless calls to @MTNGhana, my internet service has finally been restored.
But honestly, it shouldn’t take this much stress, this many complaints, and this long just to get basic service fixed. Delays like this affect real lives.

At this point it feels like @MTNGhana only responds to complaints publicly just to look active.
Because how do you request my number, make it seem like help is coming, and then go completely silent while the issue still exists?

It’s been days without internet and still no proper communication, no technician, no clear explanation. Just vibes and apologies. Yh, that’s @MTNGhana
@MTNGhana My internet has been off since Wednesday and every single time I call customer service, I get the same robotic response:
“Your complaint has been forwarded to the technical team and the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours.”
It’s been DAYS.
Dear @MTNGhana, internet is no longer luxury. It is work, business, communication and survival for many of us.
If customers can purchase your packages, why can’t you provide proper support and honest updates when your service fails?

@MTNGhana the day is almost over and my internet is still not fixed after only God know how many calls and “kindly exercise patience” I’ve made already.

Today is another day and nothing has changed.
My work schedules are messed up, I’m losing money, losing clients and honestly, it’s becoming mentally exhausting.
We pay for a service @MTNGhana promised to deliver, but when the service fails, nobody seems to care.

It’s frustrating how network providers @MTNGhana can comfortably take our money but fail to provide the service they advertised.
