They are consistently despicable with service! I’ve waited for over 4 hours for my 1st delivery in CT, now my food has just been stolen & disappeared over 2 hours ago & 4 drivers later! No mechanism to complain & no one to speak to! Distgusting!!!

Please can you provide me with the ticket number from the 12th of June and an estimation as to when this will be resolved ASAP!
@CityPowerJhb (1/2) Please note that the electricity pole on George access road has blown. Gap reported this issue 11 days ago, pole was sparking & burning on Mon 12 June. Since then, no one has come to sort it out or provide feedback.
@FlySafair I did!!! Via email, Instagram and all day on the phone!!! This is ridiculous!!! I’m still with no luggage and no ETA!!! Wtf??? When I call your people they say it’s not their issue anymore it’s a 3rd party who I must call all day! I paid yoh for a service…This is unacceptable!
