Likely floor leveler. There are a slew of reasons why someone might be using floor leveler, most of which aren’t good reasons to use it if requiring a large amount of leveler = too much weight on joists if overused. Likely, that person doesn’t know what they’re doing if they didn’t seal cracks, meaning they probably don’t know they can overuse leveler.

@PicturesFoIder What they taught us in school back then was simply how to do math on paper. Nowadays, they’re teaching kids how to do math more efficiently in their heads. They’re teaching to break into chunks for quicker mental math. Works really well with multiplication.
