THE POWER OF A STILL MIND . (Overcoming Anxiety Through Faith).
In moments of crisis, the most powerful directive we can give ourselves is simple: Stay calm.
Years ago, I battled severe panic and anxiety.
Through that journey, I realized how devastating panic can be, not just mentally, but physically.
So often, we find ourselves consumed by fear over scenarios that do not even exist, letting anxiety rob us of our vitality.
For many, these panic responses are rooted in past trauma: domestic violence, abuse, profound loss, or repeated failures.
It is a deeply real battle that many are quietly fighting today.
The turning point in my own life came when I encountered Isaiah 26:3:
"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."
I learned to trust God, not with a forced, rigid strength, but with the simple, restful trust of a child. In doing so, His peace was stirred within me.
Not just temporary relief, but a deep, "perfect" peace.
To have a mind "stayed on Him" means keeping our thoughts anchored in His truth.
Consider this: what if 60% of what you fear never actually happens? Worry is simply the misuse of our imagination- visualizing the worst instead of trusting the best.
What if, instead, we meditated on God’s promises until they became our dominant reality?
My prayer for you today is a permanent release from the grip of fear and panic.
In Christ, you are secure, protected, and fully kept.
I really feel sad that the church has done nothing but to remain quite over this situation .
This Pastor's life is in danger , they just killed 6 of his family members.
I feel so worried.
Success has a way of introducing us to new allies, but true loyalty is forged in adversity.
Remember to value and elevate the individuals who invested in your potential before you had the results to prove it."
My life is full of gratitude, there are battles I can't explain how God brought me into triumph, there are ailments I can't explain how they disappeared, but I can tell you, I have a father who cares , who knows me and watches over me all the time .
Every believer, pastor, and worship leader should exercise restraint, particularly on the pulpit and during personal interactions. While accessing spiritual depths is vital, applying discretion is equally essential."

This is what happens when you decide to invite and let God in to the broken/shattered pieces of your life .
There is no life he cannot fix up, heal and restore.
Point 9&10.
9. Rushing Out Before the Benediction
Leaving the sanctuary while the final blessing is being shared demonstrates a disconnect from the household of faith. Honoring the benediction reflects a deep respect for the kindred spirit and fellowship of the brethren.
10. Reluctance to Transition from Member to Worker
Remaining content with passive membership without any desire to grow, serve, or join a functional workforce unit within the church is a strong indicator of a stagnant spiritual foundation.
