October 2021 has been a great and successful running month.
Managed to to improve my
Personal bests in 5k,10k,10 miles, and half Marathon. Ran 5k in less than 20 mins. A month to remember for years to come (and I was offered a new job too 👍🍾)

For the first (and hopefully many more to come) I and Rayka both ran in a mob match for the same club; @RanelaghHarrier and set a new PB (27:44')
So proud of him. he even earned some points for the club. Remember he is still 5 years old.

1/2- 52 weeks to Mid May,a special weekend. brutal races in Muddy fields,picturesque hills,in woods,farms & on roads. We run 220 miles, sing & dance, dine and drink together. This year was the best of all, @RanelaghHarrier won #GreenBeltRelay in style.
