My advice, donāt get too attached to your current reality. Our realities have been manufactured without our consent, making it easy to mesh our true values with those planted through the manipulation of our emotions.
Be ok w/being wrong. It can lead to greater truth & courage.
ā ļøLetās make this very clear...
āVitamin Dā is not one molecule.
It is also not really a vitamin in the way most people understand that word.
That alone should make people pause.
The public hears āvitamin Dā and imagines a simple missing nutrient. A capsule. A gummy. A number on a blood test. Something you are low in, so you take more of it, the number goes up, and everyone claps.
That is the kindergarten version.
What people call āvitamin Dā is closer to a sunlight-driven endocrine system than a single nutrient.
There is D3, D2, 25-hydroxy D, 1,25-dihydroxy D, binding proteins, receptors, liver conversion, kidney conversion, skin, cholesterol, magnesium, vitamin A, K2, calcium handling, bile flow, circadian rhythm, nitric oxide, sulfation, melanin, UV exposure, immune signalling, and feedback loops.
And even that list barely touches it.
There are dozens of vitamin D metabolites identified in the body. Some reviews describe more than 50 forms and metabolites.
So when someone reduces the whole thing to ātake D3 and raise 25(OH)D,ā understand what just happened.
They took a solar-biological network and crushed it into one marker.
Then they sold you the marker.
The body does not experience sunlight as āD3 productionā and then call it a day. Sunlight on skin is an event. Light hits cholesterol in the skin, and the body reads season, time of day, latitude, skin tone, mineral status, liver terrain, kidney function, bile flow, fat status, inflammation, circadian rhythm, and the overall state of the organism.
Then it regulates, converts, stores, activates, deactivates, and responds.
A capsule does not recreate that.
A capsule can move a blood marker. Fine. That does not mean it recreated the sun.
This is where reductionists get smug.
āSame molecule, bro.ā
āSame blood level, bro.ā
And somehow they think that ends the conversation.
It doesnāt.
The same molecule on a label does not mean the same biological event inside a living organism.
Sunlight is not a supplement ingredient.
It is one of the primary signals human biology was built around.
It influences circadian rhythm, hormones, nitric oxide, mood, mitochondrial function, immune signalling, blood flow, skin response, nervous system tone, and probably layers of biology that modern science still barely understands because it keeps trying to turn the sky into a product claim.
This is the same small thinking that says meat is amino acids, fruit is sugar, salt is sodium, food is calories, and cholesterol is sludge.
Everything gets chopped into parts. The parts get named, the names get measured, and the measurements get sold back as control.
Then people forget there was a whole living system before the lab cut it into pieces.
The word āvitaminā itself is part of the problem.
People treat it like some ancient biological truth, but the term was a misnomer from the start. Casimir Funk coined āvitamineā from āvital amineā because he believed these life-essential food factors were amines.
They were not all amines.
So the word got trimmed. āVitamineā became āvitamin.ā
The mistake survived.
Then came the letters, the categories, the pills, the fortified foods, the gummies, the blood markers, the supplement aisles, and the entire nutrient-alphabet marketplace.
Once nature gets converted into letters, the letters become easier to sell as if they are equivalent to nature.
That is exactly what happened with D.
People hear ālow vitamin Dā and assume the body is asking for a pill.
Maybe the body is asking why you live indoors.
Maybe it is asking why you avoid the sun, block your eyes from morning light, stare at blue light at midnight, eat dead food, fear cholesterol, lack magnesium, have poor bile flow, damaged liver terrain, weak mineral status, broken sleep, inflamed tissue, and no relationship with the seasons.
But that conversation does not fit neatly on a supplement bottle.
So they sell D3.
Clean. Simple. Measurable. Profitable.
A capsule raises 25(OH)D, and suddenly everyone acts like the sun has been replaced.
No.
A marker moved.
That is all you know.
The real question is whether the whole sunlight system is functioning. Whether the body can receive light, process cholesterol, activate metabolites, manage calcium, use magnesium, regulate inflammation, move bile, respect circadian timing, and actually live like a mammal under a star.
That is the conversation.
But modern health does not like conversations that point people back to nature.
It likes interventions, isolated molecules, lab values, compliance, and simple product answers to complex biological disconnection.
Sunlight is messy.
Sunlight is free.
Sunlight requires behaviour change.
Sunlight forces you to talk about time outdoors, circadian rhythm, skin exposure, seasonality, cholesterol, minerals, liver function, sleep, light pollution, and the fact that modern humans live like indoor livestock under fake suns.
A D3 capsule avoids all of that.
That is why the reductionist model loves it.
It gives people the illusion of solving a solar deficiency without restoring the solar relationship.
And that is the deeper problem.
Humans are not deficient in isolated letters.
They are deficient in full biological events: light on skin, minerals in the terrain, salt in the water, fat in the diet, cholesterol where it belongs, liver and bile doing their job, sleep tied to the sun, eyes seeing morning light, and a body that still remembers it lives on Earth.
So no, āvitamin Dā is not one molecule.
It is not some simple pill-shaped nutrient.
It is a complex, sunlight-driven hormonal network with dozens of metabolites and layers of regulation.
And sunlight is not a D3 supplement.
One is a relationship with the sun.
The other is a product trying to imitate a sliver of it...
Iāve been having a lot of thoughts that I donāt know what to do with, so here.
You can quit your job, you can leave your city, you can delete your socials, but the fact you CANNOT opt out of civilization without severe penalty is one of the most underrated dark facts of human existence. You didnāt consent to be born into a system. You canāt leave it. You just have toā¦participate, forever, or else.
And the cruelest part is that the system youāre trapped in isnāt even neutral, itās capitalism. Which means your survival is literally tied to your productivity. Itās not enough to just exist, you have to be useful & profitable or you left behind.
And this isnāt new. In medieval England, if you tried to opt out permanently, the crown seized your property & the church denied you a burial. They couldnāt punish YOU, so they punished everything you left behind.
The message has always been the same: there is no exit, only consequences. Nothing has changed except the branding.
And before anyone comes at me, yes, Iām using that as the extreme example on purpose. Iām not advocating for anything, Iām pointing out that the most extreme possible form of opting out is the ONLY one that truly exists & throughout history, even that came with punishment. If that doesnāt tell you everything about how the system is designed, I donāt know what will.
And yet here I am, tweeting about it, paying for a subscription on a platform owned by a billionaire. Iām going to go touch grass now.
The greatest thing you can do for yourself is allow yourself to be imperfect and fluctuate between states of high and low consciousness
For a long time I clung to my highest states, and when I inevitably dropped, the pain doubled because I was comparing myself to the ābetterā version of myself
Which made it take even longer to return
Now I allow every state as it comesāfrom the embodied, heart-forward wizard man to the anxious, moon-terrorized insomnia boy
Because of that, Iām more stable than ever, and when I do drop, I return quickly
We are human and consciousness fluctuates
There is no need to hold yourself to an impossible standard
I spent years in an abusive relationship. I experienced psychological manipulation, control, and gaslighting so thick that at times, I questioned my own reality. I was taught to doubt my memory, my instincts, my worth, and my perception of the world.
But hereās the thing I never thought Iād say... Iām grateful for the lessons it taught me.
Not because the abuse was okay (it wasnāt), but because surviving it forced me to see the world differently. When youāve lived inside gaslighting, you recognize it everywhere. In politicians telling you not to believe what you see, in media spinning truth into illusions, in elites pretending theyāre protecting you while serving themselves.
Once youāve had your reality twisted by someone you trusted, you stop blindly accepting the narratives youāre handed. You learn to question. To look deeper. To trust your intuition again. To understand that not everything is what it seems and it never was.
Healing from psychological abuse is messy. Itās nonlinear. But itās also awakening. And if youāre walking that same path, youāre not crazy. Youāre not broken. Youāre remembering how to see clearly again.
We keep calling people "mentally ill" when they're drowning in conditions no human nervous system can survive.
You can't regulate when rent is late, the fridge is empty, and danger is normal. This is not a disorder, it's adaptation. The real sickness is the environment.
If your basic needs aren't met, you will suffer.
If you live in chaos, your mind will have to adapt to chaos.
If you never feel safe, you cannot feel whole.
The message is simple:
people aren't broken.
their environments are.
Until we create conditions where people can breathe, rest, and belong, "mental illness" will keep being a label slapped on pain that was never irrational in the first place.
Shift the question from "What is wrong with you?" to "What has happened to you, and what do you need to feel safe?"
Betrayal isnāt only about lies. Itās also when someone speaks with certainty, earns your trust, then fails to follow through. That gap between their promises & their actions breaks the bond they created. Feeling betrayed isnāt overreacting, itās a natural response to broken trust
A hard thing about CPTSD recovery is that it very often means acknowledging the truth about how people & institutions we loved & trusted failed us.
Many of us have been conditioned to not speak ill of them-- which is a "rule" we have to scrap if we're serous about recovery.
war has started awhile ago it was spiritual then mental now emotional to get them to go physical.
I have been speaking on this for YEARS. listen.
donāt be energy harvested to start spewing rhetoric thatās not even yours.
stop being used + think for yourself.
The week after that Sagittarius Full Moon was so energetically exhausting! Idk about anyone else but it felt like so much past energy was being brought up to be let go of. A very big and important release collectively for sure
To the MAGA crowd:
The left was made to look overtly delusional, inept, and corrupt so youād cling to the right as if theyāre āpro-freedom.ā
But itās becoming increasingly clear:
You were sold a false dilemma.
Because the right is just as tyrannical.
Theyāre building the same technocratic, bio-surveillance control systemājust with better branding.
Now, many of you are feeling confused, betrayed, or demoralized, realizing the Trump administration isnāt actually fighting for your health, freedom, or peace.
And the good news is, thereās an even deeper layer of realization coming for you:
You never needed to be saved by any politician. The real trap is believing you need someone else to save you.
That belief keeps you stuckā
in the Karpman drama triangle,
falling for the Hegelian dialectic,
and outsourcing your power and authority to people who continue to use it against you.
Youāre not a victim.
Youāre the one youāve been waiting for.
Stop outsourcing. Start remembering.
If you're pregnant you should read this.
I am so tired of seeing women post about this- The Pregnancy Glucose Test Drink - you can absolutely opt out.
Did you drink this for your gestational diabetes test when you were pregnant? I know lots of my friends that have and I bet they had no idea how utterly toxic it is...
ALSO THIS IS WHY WHEN MOST WOMEN TAKE IT, IT MAKES THEM FEEL SICK. It made me nauseous and gave me a killer headache.
This glucose ādrinkā contains things like:
Brominated vegetable oil (BVO) which is a FLAME RETARDANT, and BANNED in Europe and Japan.
BVO contains Bromine which is known to cause thyroid dysfunction, has been associated with heart lesions, liver dysfunction, impaired growth and behavioral development, and neurological and fertility issues!
Other ingredients include: artificial flavors and colors, and high fructose GMO corn syrup.
You have other options mama! Be empowered ā¤ļøHere are some better alternatives:
Hemoglobin A1C test- simple blood test done in your first trimester to assess your risk for gestational diabetes
Eat well and do random glucose testing which you can do yourself at home with a simple finger prick.
āThe Jelly Bean Testā Where you swap the drink out for 28 jelly beans, which provides the 50 grams of sugar required for the traditional test. Be sure to get organic, NON-GMO and naturally-colored jelly beans.
There is absolutely NO reason for you to drink this toxic chemical cocktail.
Now that youāre informed, you can better protect you and sweet baby.
If you know a pregnant mama - please share this and let her know she has choices.
Sheās Not Ugly - Sheās Just Tired of Your Fucking Bullshit
Let me say something most men donāt wanna fucking hear:
If your womanās lost her spark,
If she looks tired all the time,
gained weight,
stopped dressing up,
walks around like her soulās been evictedā¦
Itās not always menopause.
Itās not always age.
Itās not fucking laziness.
Sometimes itās you.
Yes. You.
Sometimes her body is screaming what sheās too afraid or exhausted to say:
āI donāt feel safe. I donāt feel chosen. I donāt feel seen.ā
You wanna know how well a man loves his woman?
Look at her.
Look at her face.
Her eyes.
Her posture.
Look at how she walks into a room, - does she radiate?
Does she move like she owns the space?
Or does she shrink?
Carry heaviness in her hips and shoulders
Walk around like her nervous system is bracing for impact?
Donāt lie to yourself.
If you treat her like your maid, your therapist, your emotional punching bag,
Donāt be surprised when the light in her eyes fucking disappears.
She didnāt just ālet herself go.ā
She got tired.
Tired of being last.
Tired of asking for crumbs.
Tired of being touched only when youāre horny, not when sheās hurting.
Tired of carrying your weight and hers,
then being called ātoo muchā when she dares to ask for help.
You canāt feed a woman neglect and expect her to glow.
You canāt starve her emotionally and wonder why she shut down sexually.
You canāt give more energy to your group chat than your woman and expect her to bloom.
Lets be fucking real here:
Youāre either pouring love into her⦠or draining the life out of her.
Youāre either nurturing her soul⦠or leaving it to dry out and crack.
Youāre either making her feel chosen⦠or watching her vanish in slow motion.
Youāre either fueling her fire⦠or suffocating it with your silence.
Youāre either building a sanctuary⦠or turning her into a ghost inside her own home.
You donāt have to be rich.
You donāt have to be a poet.
You just have to give a fuck.
Put down your pride.
Put down your phone.
Put down your fucking excuses and show the fuck up.
Rub her shoulders without being asked.
Hold her when sheās distant instead of punishing her for protecting herself.
Tell her sheās beautiful when sheās bloated and in sweatpants.
Show the fuck up with presence⦠or slowly make her invisible.
Because hereās the brutal truth:
If you keep treating her like an afterthought,
Donāt be shocked when she stops being your fantasy.
And doesnāt give a single shit about trying to be.
Sheās not ugly.
Sheās unloved.
And the world can see it,
Even if youāre too checked out to notice.
So ask yourself:
Are you giving her something to rise withā¦
or making her rot while calling it ājust a phaseā?
Because sheās not fading for no reason.
Sheās not ātoo sensitiveā or ātoo much.ā
Sheās surviving you.
And if you keep confusing neglect with normal,
donāt act surprised when one day-
sheās gone.
Not in anger.
Not in a scream.
Just gone.
Quietly.
And the ghost youāll be left with?
Thatās the version of her you created.
So ask yourself:
āAre you loving her into radiance⦠or dimming her light until she disappears?
Because one gives you the woman of your dreams.
The other leaves you sleeping next to the ghost you created.
Choose.
Every. Fucking. Day.
