At some point they wanted to make attempt to take my phone as well, but there’s no way that was gonna happen… and of course I was respectful all through the incident.

Maybe they plan to implicate me later on with the license they took, or whatever they plan, I had to tweet this

They left every other car passing at the same time I was and held just me … I don’t live in Lagos, I didn’t know about the environment… I explained everything and Asked that I just wait somewhere till the environment was over but they still held on to my license, saying 150,000

But because more cars were passing, they really couldn’t do anything.
They just kept shouting and tapping their guns like it was meant to scare me.
They kept mentioning 150,000 but I did like I didn’t hear anything and made sure I stayed in open sight if they plan to move funny.

They did all these because I refused to play their game.
They thought I’ll be scared cos I was stammering, but I wasn’t & I refused to go anywhere with them. They moved me from the main road to under the bridge where it was quiet and empty.

@PoliceNG I live in ogun state and have no idea Lagos state was doing environmental today.
I got stopped by police officers at cmd road (magodo) … while other cars were moving they held me for 2hrs … took my drivers license forcefully drove away with it
