Got mail on 5th August that my complaint is registered and I'll get it resolved by 07th August. Received mail now that my complaint had been resolved and at the same time got another mail stating my complaint will be resolved by 9th Aug.
What kind of customer support is this?

I received my order in this condition. Is it really in the condition to be consumed? On complaining I got a mail that an amount of RS 63 is refunded. The order total was 348. Worst customer care. Refund the total amount I paid.

@AJIOLife My return request was approved in the mean while on 6th Feb most probably and again it got cancelled. No support from cc is there at all. You in the name of sale is simply cheating customers by this propaganda. Kindly resolve my issue and get me my money back

@AJIOLife Called and and even she wasn't aware of my issue. Just for name she was the investigating officer and she said me the case will be looked upon again and a proper response will be given.Since that day no one has contacted me and my money is stuck. I have the call recording too 7/7

@AJIOLife Tags,no box and a note was there that a counterfeit of the products is there and it is a non ajio product and so the return can't be accepted. How did the product change in all If you have the video footage share it. An investigating officer was assigned for my case and she (6/7)
