For example: If someone does something disgusting to you outside your house and you file a police complaint, but the police respond by saying, “Just stay inside your house. If you don’t go outside, nobody can harm you. You’ll be safe. 👍🏼🫶🏻”

So, according to that logic, instead of catching the culprit, the solution is to restrict everyone else. That’s not solving the problem—it’s just punishing the wrong people.
