To develop India as a global Biopharma manufacturing hub, I propose the Biopharma SHAKTI (Strategy for Healthcare Advancement through Knowledge, Technology and Innovation) with an outlay of ₹10,000 crores over the next 5 years.

This will build the ecosystem for domestic production of biologics and biosimilars.

The Strategy will include a Biopharma-focused network with 3 new National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) and upgrading 7 existing ones.

Public capital expenditure has increased manifold from ₹2 lakh crore in 2014–15 to an allocation of ₹11.2 lakh crore in 2025–26.

पर्यावरण के लिहाज से टिकाऊ कार्गो मूवमेंट को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, मैं पूर्व में डंकुनी को पश्चिम में सूरत से जोड़ने वाले नए डेडिकेटेड फ्रंट कॉरिडोर बनाने का प्रस्ताव करती हूं।

अगले 5 वर्षों में 20 नए जलमार्ग चालू किए जाएंगे, जिसकी शुरुआत ओडिशा में नेशनल वॉटर-वे 5 से होगी, जो तालचेर और अंगुल के खनिज-समृद्ध इलाकों और कलिंगनगर जैसे औद्योगिक केंद्रों को पारादीप और धमरा बंदरगाहों से जोड़ेगा।

वाराणसी और पटना में भी अंतर्देशीय जलमार्गों के लिए एक शिप रिपेयर इकोसिस्टम स्थापित किया जाएगा।

दिल्ली-वाराणसी समेत 7 हाईस्पीड रेल कॉरिडोर का निर्माण किया जाएगा।

बनारस और पटना में जहाज मरम्मत सुविधा स्थापित होगी।

दिल्ली-वाराणसी, वाराणसी-सिलीगुड़ी में भी हाई-स्पीड रेल कॉरिडोर बनेंगे।

5 वर्षों में पांच औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में कार्बन कैप्चर के लिए ₹20 हजार करोड़ का प्रस्ताव है।
