Everytime I choose @zomato over @Swiggy I regret badly. So I ordered paneer biryani at Biryani bar 786, btm layout. This restaurant has 4.5 rating on zomato and in Google it seems to be a ghost restaurant, no reviews no proper photos etc. Delivered before time just to spoil

Once I uploaded the picture of biryani, @zomato is asking me to write a mail which again takes max 24hr to resolve.

Problem is not the spoiled biryani, it's the customer reddessal mechanical of @zomato that is of no use. No matter how i try to raise an issue, it says to submit a mail🙏 so you're expecting a hungry man at mid night to send a mail to resolve his query for which he paid?

@TTDevasthanams please advise the pilgrims to not use soaps and shampoos while taking a dip in Kapila teerdham. Let's not spoil the sanctity of the holy place. There is no notice that said to not use shampoos and soaps inside the pond, which is why I couldn't ask people to stop.
