I haven’t worked in a month, nor spoken to most of my friends and if you know me, you know how much my businesses and friendships mean to me.

I do not wish this type of grief on anyone.

I started with a fast away from twitter but in the midst of it all my favorite uncle passed away in a span of 3 wks of diagnosis. Grief has really taken over and I can’t wait to be back to me again. I see the messages and dms but I’m really not in a space to talk.

Business owners,

You have to take responsibility for a staff’s mistaken even when you’re clueless about what happened.

You should also never depend solely on your staff because they too can pick up and quit.

But also, your business cannot run without GREAT staff.
