I’m honestly beyond irritated right now. I went to Chipotle on South Church Street in Murfreesboro, TN, got home, and found a hair in my food. Completely unacceptable.

Then it gets worse…

I tried calling the store directly to address the issue, and instead I get routed to some out-of-state customer service rep who was rude, dismissive, and acted like the situation didn’t matter at all. When I asked to speak to someone at the actual location, she told me the store doesn’t have a phone… seriously? What business doesn’t have a phone? That sounded like a straight-up lie.

This isn’t just about the food anymore — it’s about the lack of accountability and professionalism. No one took this seriously, and that’s a problem.

Something needs to be done about this location. Customers deserve better than contaminated food and disrespectful service.
