@AirCanada have the worst on-time performance of the large North American Airlines. To make matters worse, Air Canada then attempts not to reimburse its customers for valid out-of pocket expenses with lame excuses. Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE. I will never fly them again.

@MDaircanada @AirCanada ground staff in Toronto had a hotel voucher for us. When I told them I was told to book a hotel, the AC staff member tore up the voucher and told me to process my hotel invoice online for reimbursement. She said by tearing it up, it would show I didn’t use the voucher
