MARCOLETA’S MATH IS NOT MATHING

Senator Marcoleta declared in his SALN that his networth is at ₱52 Million.

But he also declared that his campaign expenses are at ₱112 Million — which he claims in his SOCE or disclosure form that he funded his own campaign because he doesn’t have any donors or contributors.

Essentially, Marcoleta is saying that he funded his own 2025 Senatorial campaign to the tune of ₱112 Million even when that is 2x or twice his networth of ₱52 Million.

The math is not mathing.

Either he has ghost donors he doesn’t want to declare (baka contractor) and falsified his SOCE or he has ghost money or assets he didn’t declare in his SALN which will make his SALN falsified as well. 👊

Either way, hindi ka marked safe Senator Marcobeta! 👊

ICC REJECTS DUTERTE INTERIM RELEASE BID

BREAKING: The International Criminal Court has rejected former President Rodrigo Duterte’s bid for interim release, stating that his detention remains necessary under the Rome Statute, the treaty that created the tribunal.

In a decision dated Oct. 10, the ICC Pre-Trial Chamber I found that Duterte continues to pose risks of flight, obstruction, and potential commission of related crimes.

“The Chamber finds that Mr Duterte’s detention continues to remain necessary under article 60(2) of the Statute based on each of the requirements set by article 58(1) of the Statute," the court said. | @TristanNodalo
