Don’t let your friends or SPOUSE talking about “girl” or “bruh, you don’t need a trainer” convince you not to invest in yourself.
You technically don’t need a mechanic to swap the motor in your car either, but I bet you’d rather pay somebody who knows what they’re doing.
Stop letting money, relationships, opportunities, or somebody’s title buy access to your peace.Everything looking good ain’t good FOR you. If getting it requires you to betray your character, disturb your spirit, or become somebody you don’t recognize, tell em to keep it!
Elevation doesn’t eliminate warfare. Sometimes it just changes the battlefield. Bigger opportunities bring different temptations, pressure, distractions, and attacks. Don’t get so impressed with the new level that you stop praying like you did when you were trying to get there.
Success is a blessing, but it can also become a test. Stay humble enough to remember where God brought you from, and wise enough to know you still need Him every day. Never let achievement replace your dependence on God.
Sometimes it ain’t them. Ain’t the devil. Ain’t bad luck. It’s YOU versus the version of you that keeps getting in your own damn way. Your excuses. Your temper. Your fear. Your comfort zone. Quit fighting everybody else and conquer what’s fighting you from the inside.
“Though I WALK through the valley.” It never said sit there. Don’t build a house in depression, disappointment, rejection, or failure. The valley is real, but so is the exit. Keep walking when it’s dark. Keep walking when you can’t see what’s next. God is IN the valley with you!
Everything dangerous doesn’t arrive looking dangerous. Sometimes it looks like an opportunity. A relationship. Easy money. A “perfect” connection. Stop being impressed by appearances and start checking the fruit. Pray for discernment because everything that feels good ain’t God!
The last 2 years taught me: believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. Social media will have you inspired by people who aren’t even who they portray online. Sometimes it’s a character, a brand, a paycheck. Stop comparing. Follow God and stay grounded.
Facts aren’t hate. Playing sports doesn’t automatically qualify you to train people. Losing 100 lbs doesn’t either. Personal experience ≠ expertise. Education, credentials and actually understanding the science matter too… but when I bring that part up, it’s always crickets 😂
You won’t always feel ready when it’s time to move.
Trust God. Trust the work you’ve put in. Take the next step anyway.
Sometimes you find out you were ready by simply having the courage to start. 🙏🏾
Sometimes God doesn’t change the direction… He changes the timing.
Keep your faith. Keep your character. Keep building.
“There’s no misunderstanding how you act and how you live.”

Take responsibility. You keep making bad decisions in men/women because you keep choosing to ignore the red flags. The small things you excuse in the beginning often become the very things that cost you the most later.
