@DonpaulStephens @GRDecter When you say “turn things around” can you clarify? I don’t see how we’re not past that point now.
It’s like someone making 100k/year with 300K/year in expenses, putting the other 200K on credit cards. Even if you cut the deficit, interest is too high to get out from under it.
