@FinoPaymntsBank I opened new account in Fino Payments Bank and deposited ₹500. Amount debit ho gaya hai but account history me show nahi ho raha. Customer care se bhi connect nahi ho pa raha. Very poor service. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Airtel Payments Bank stores do only sales, retailers have stopped banking work, and customer care provides false
@airtelbank My account gets blocked 3–4 times every month, customer care forces biometric verification, but Airtel provides ZERO working biometric CSPs on ground.
Stores deny responsibility, retailers refuse service, and customer care keeps reading scripts and giving fake addresses.
@airtelbank Since morning 9 AM, I’ve visited 6 Airtel stores and 27 retailers just to unblock my Airtel Payments Bank account.
Every single place says the same thing: “We have stopped Airtel Payments Bank work. No biometric. No KYC.”
@airtelbank Blocking accounts is easy.
Providing a working solution is impossible for Airtel Payments Bank.
Worst service, third class system.
