Yung Conditional Cash Transfer Program, na monitor ang school attendance mga bata at dahil doon, maraming bata ang pumapasok sa paaralan. Syanga pala, programa yan ni GMA na merun 80,000 families. Pinagpatuloy ni PNoy & bago sya natapos ay tila may 4.2 Milyon families nakinabang.
