Federal Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon said it wasn’t acceptable for Air Canada CEO Michael Rousseau to release a video statement, where he expressed his condolences to those affected by the crash, entirely in English.

Wow, unimpressed with @MarqueeLV. Just called the reservation line 7023339000. I asked for information about reserving a table for an upcoming trip. It felt like I was at the dentist getting my teeth pulled out! It was an awfully painful experience. Going to book elsewhere. 🫤
