Can all currently elected and past MLAs and Corporators and MCD officials be directed by the #DelhiHighCourt to declare the properties that they own directly or in the name of their families in Delhi.
It is being alleged that number of such properties are suspected to have been acquired / operating in violation of laws and rules.
Either in building or in business operations, in view of the prevailing and past culture of nepotism over the years.
And are becoming the cause of several legal and safety concerns.
This is based on the trust/ belief/ expectation/ that they are the primary public watch for legal compliance in their respective areas to prevent violations of any kind.

Yes people of all faiths have a right to celebrate their festivals. People of other faiths have no right to come to a religious festival celebrated by Hindus unless they are invited just as Hindus have no right to religious festivals organised by other faiths unless invited. Garba is not bar or disco dancing.

It is a Shakta ritual thousands of years old. The dance floor is a sacred ground. The clay pot at the center is the Goddess herself. Every dancer's body is a vessel made to inhabit the goddess herself. This ancient ritual was practiced all across India under various names such as Bonalu, Deodhani etc with slight regional variations.

Muslims by definition are those who believe only in Allah and consider the Goddess as devil. Muslims have a record of breaking 1000s of Goddess temples and committing genocide on Goddess worshipers. Why should they be allowed anywhere enter Garba unless they disown Quran and Islam?
