@RahulGandhi I'm a PhD research scholar. My research along with thousands of scholars depends on a fellowship called NF-OBC under @MSJEGOI. Since July 2024 we haven't received a single penny. Since October 2024 we are continuously sending emails and petitions to the nodal agency.

the Bahr al-Hayat, or Ocean of Life, is a Persian Sufi treatise on yoga and said to be the translation of a Sanskrit book, now lost to us, named Amrutkunda, the Pool of Nectar.
The Amrutkunda is believed to have been translated in Arabic in the 13th century & it is from that Arabic book that Sheikh Ghaus Gwaliori translated it into Persian.
Bahr al-Hayat is likely the first illustrated yoga textbook ever created.
Written in the early seventeenth century by Sheikh Ghaus Gwaliori, its illustrations depict seated postures (asana) that were designed for meditation.
Other images reveal the subtle body. In yoga, the subtle body comprises a series of centers called chakras, which are connected by a series of channels called nadis.
