THIS is My Opinion:

I’ve always wondered if people feel Tory Lanez is so guilty have they ever asked themselves why would a guilty man do the following ….

1. Volunteer his DNA to be tested
2. Is very adamant about a 911 call being unsealed so the public can hear it. (If the call proves guilt why do he want everyone to hear it?)
3. He wants the gun serial number ran (if it’s his gun why do he want the state to run it ?)
4. His team is practically banging on the DA’s office door begging them to provide evidence so they can take it to the higher court. (The same evidence they say makes him guilty. Why would he do that?)
5. Then there is the jail call. The jail call that everyone loves reverting back to. He knows the call is recorded. Why do people think his calm apology is about a shooting? He was confused when Kelsey said Megan’s team is all over it and IMO it goes to show he had no idea what she meant by that.
6. WHY would Tory use Sean Kelly as his star witness if he was just going to get on the stand to say that Tory fired the gun?
7. Tory’s team obviously called Sean Kelly to the stand because he told police there was a fight between the girls and the shots were from the girl.
8. Now back to #6 if Sean Kelly supposedly saw Tory shooting the gun why wouldn’t that be the state’s star witness? Why did Sean switch up only after speaking to the state?

None of this makes sense for a “guilty” person. These are my thoughts and my thoughts alone. I’m sober and in my right mind.

On October 28, 2024 Megan’s lawyer texted Prosecutors Alex Bott and Kathy Ta and asked was there any truth to Tory’s claim of the bullet fragments being missing.

Kathy Ta responded on that same date and said “Bullet fragments were NEVER FOUND after the hospital removed them”

Even after having this information from the STATE, Roc Nation lawyer Alex Spiro on 10/29/24 stated that Tory’s claims were false. A declaration was then released from the LAPD stating they had the fragments in custody. Signed October 31. 2024.

Detective Stogner from the LAPD testified that the fragments were in fact missing during the pre trial in 2022.

The 2020 police report also states that when Detective Eberhardt went to the hospital the hospital medical staff stated that “they did not report the presence of bullet slugs or evidence awaiting pick up in this case.”
