The US Consulate/Embassy in Nigeria, through GTB, is charging 1800 Naira to a dollar for the US B1/B2 Visa fees. That is an official payment. That is almost 300 Naira above the prevailing market rate.

I don't know if it is the US consulate or GTB that sets that rate, but that's wrong in its entirety. No pun intended, but someone should be going after the US Consulate or GTB for this.
