At 22, work–life balance doesn’t matter.
The cost of low ambition isn’t obvious yet at that age, but your ambitious friends will drift away with better jobs, start companies, move, etc
Slowly, your circle becomes all low-ambition people. Nobody is there to pull you up.
Every friend I talk to is overworked since AI. Always on their phone prompting whether weekdays or weekends.
It started with AI working for us now seems to be we working for AI.
Nobody wants to miss the train.
@fdotinc I’m building OnCampus, a platform connecting students, employers, and universities so students from India’s 40,000+ colleges get the visibility they deserve to recruiters, irrespective of their college tier or location.

A yc founder just offered to hire me along with my whole team at https://t.co/9iQIxnaHSJ - conditioning me close OnCampus and building the same product/distribution for his company.
Campus placements be like: Top 5% get Google/Amazon
Next 10% get 'We'll get back to you'
Rest of us: applying to 187 jobs, ghosted harder than my situationship
Meanwhile I'm out here building @joinoncampus so NO ONE has to beg for visibility anymore #FresherStruggle

or just curating opinions from the algorithmic buffet.
Cause most of what we believe or take decisions on the beliefs are probably something the algorithm showed us again and again.
