@UC_Assist Really you should see how you customer care deals with customer. A manager is never available, they keep delaying and keep my chats parked. When requested for refund during warranty period, no response. In such competetive market i don't know how you guys are still surviving

It's the same reason why the company is in loss. Focusing on too many things at once and not focusing on core business. Hated the service offered. They are not even refunding the amount paid for service they can't render.

Because of the delay for these urban company idiots my mother has to sleep in summer heat. Customer care kept delaying the issue not even helped once when rqstd to escalte issue to manager.

Multiple requests to customer care to resolve or escalate to manager . Their agents abruptly end the chat, very unprofessional. I don't know what kind of a business the owner is running. Very unethical.

Urban clap technician are always in hurry. Now when the work was not done as sop. When requested help through urban clap customer care they never answer their customers. When customer request for manager, a Manager is not available
