Municipalities are spending R30 billion, of residents money, on functions and assigned to national and provincial government. It shows up as the service delivery crisis.
We @bettergovza have asked Parliament to fix this by amending the budget to shift some of the allocated funds to municipalities. Hon Ayanda, Dr Maimane leads the Appropriations Committee, they have our full submission and they have the authority to make a change. Yenzani wethu. Sesithembele kinina. 🤝🏾🇿🇦
I can’t believe Hugo Broos went to the Afcon without SA’s best players who played in the CAF final and Club World Cup.
We left 2 of South Africa’s best attackers for whatever stupid reason Lorch and Zwane. We left Rayners and took Cambell and Nkota. Bafana Bafana was sabotaged !
Taking kids to a tournament and leaving out Themba Zwane, Thembinkosi Lorch, Mthobi Mvala, Tito Maswanganyi, Iqraam Rayners, Grant Kekana, then expecting results. One day you guys will be honest about the exclusion of our Top players
This is not even daylight robbery today against South Africa. It's daylight robbery with floodlights at this stage.
Absolute embarrassment for our African football to see how Egypt has been protected today by the officials.
Disgraceful @CAF_Online 🤡

According to the latest SARB quarterly bulletin:

R7 trillion of that is liquid portfolio assets.

Private banks have a further R900 billion offshore.
Unit trusts have R1,4 trillion offshore.
The PIC has R700 billion offshore.
Life insurers have R1,1 trillion offshore.

A portion of these assets listed as “offshore” are secondary listings on rhe JSE with companies whose primary listings are offshore.
The remaining R2 trillion of SAn assets offshore is mostly direct investment by companies.
