They stopped him, delayed him and made us purchase a return ticket ASAP since they said he can’t fly with a one way, after sending the ticket they told him the gate is closed.
Now he’s stuck in Lagos and I have been calling to sort this out but no answer.

@FlyRwandAir We booked a ticket for one of our new employee flying from Lagos to Dubai and he was stopped at check in counter, they asked him to show them an OK to board or whatever they called it.

They stopped him, delayed him and made us purchase a return ticket ASAP
