@DoorDash I woke up this morning still puzzled how you all would waste almost two hours of my time that included talking to a manager to determine you would not refund me for a delivery I never received @Chase you guys can take it from here the dispute is in
@DoorDash I’ve had dash pass since 2020 and I have just cancelled it after the night I have had. Micheal a dasher thought it was ok to say he delivered my order after not answering the call from me and a call from your dash support. The money I have spent with your company
@DoorDash_Help@DoorDash I am sorry Ms Nicole I’m not sure how to DM on X but I was able to talk to 2 support chat reps a phone rep and a mgr that all stated I would not be getting a refund I have disputed with my bank and cancelled my dash pass after 6 yrs and 2 hrs tonight with no resolution
