So the ball is in the club's court. Do they choose to double down on what they must know privately has been a disaster. Or do they take the approach that vest serves our football club and our fans and accept we need to stop and consult and listen to the advice then act upon it

Our aim should be to see as close to zero sanctions as possible because we educate, warn and design systems which reduce the incentive to game or prevent it altogether.

If we don't do that the future for fan-club relations is bleak. What a waste of all the effort over years..

The club needs to draw a line in the sand. Cancel all ST loss sanctions unless they have proof of actual touting. And nobody sure be sanctioned on suspicious activity patterns alone. Let's have a reset and an adult discussion about what activity is and is not allowed

Nobody should be losing a ST on the basis of suspicious activity alone. That is a nuclear sanction and we should pursue education, warning and lesser sanctions before that ultimate sanction is used.

We can think of some - but none of them are good for our fans or our football club.

Let's see whether the club has the humility to recognise the problem and work with fan reps to correct it.

We have discussions lined up with the club and don't want to pre-empt those discussions. However it is impossible not to ask the question of the club, how can the immense damage this whole exercise has done to fan-club relations be justified? We know the cost, what's the benefit

Naturally our priority has been to challenge the whole exercise while we also deal with unprecedented numbers of individual cases who contact us. Such has been the volume of that we're still working through individual cases so apologies. These take priority over social posts

We understand the mass sanctions email campaign is complete for Season Ticket holders at least.

Just sharing this info as we know there are STHs feeling anxious.
