@BinanceUShelp They did actually. Requested for a transaction receipt/details from my bank (which I provided promptly and twice already). Haven't heard anything back since then. Keep in mind when checking that this is a 2nd (and different) issue but under the same Ticket # .

Yes, I'd pay transaction fees ($10) to coinbase for a wire deposit but the service is A1 and better than the free one you offer that almost doesn't work.
