@Aeroplan what is going on at the end of year which is important for qualifying status. On my last flight I didnโt get update for SQM, SQD, and SQS. This is a wrong time to update your system.
@AirCanada can we expect a better service, unnecessarily change of aircraft first and then delaying flight just because you canโt maintain schedule of your own crew. And you think it is just ok.
