@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Received a broken and damaged product. The item was clearly returnable at the time of purchase, but when I try to return it,the system only offers replacement and offers after 1 month, which is unacceptable.I want a full return and refund, not a replacement.

Was recently in Kolkata hiring visualisers... Met a hotel owner there who was struggling to find soft skilled staff in Bihar. The entire tourism sector depends on it.
My youngest brother recently came back to Bihar and was considering starting a business... However, after conducting a few interviews, he decided to relocate to Dubai instead (& also pushing me to come along).
I recall a new Muzaffarpur factory that struggled to find 400+ experienced/trained people in a specific skill. I've been talking to IT sector companies about coming back to the state. Everyone has the same concern: tech skilled workers. They're not sure whether setting up a business here will actually bring people back.
Bihar's skill gap is massive... We're the youngest state in terms of median age. More than 50% of our population is under 25. But unskilled.
We end up sending unskilled labour when we should be building a skilled workforce at home.
Recent government initiatives show that the state now acknowledges this as a big issue. They're doing their bit with schemes & a new department... but this needs serious entrepreneurial muscle.
The skilling sector in Bihar isn't just a huge opportunity... It's practically begging for private investment. Time for businesses to wake up to this.
Rajgir is going to write History by organising ASIA RUGBY U20,first time in Bihar on 9th & 10th Aug at International Sports Complex.9 Countries,16 Teams.Welcome Team China,UAE,Uzbekistan,Srilanka,Hong Kong,Nepal,Malaysia,Kazakhstan & India on this Historic Land.@RugbyIndia
Nitish Kumar, Vijay Sinha & Samrat Choudhary - the trio of CM & Dy CMs are unfit for ruling Bihar. Period.
NITI Aayog meeting is the most important meeting where all the policies and funds are decided. CMs of all the states attended but the 3 are missing.
Pathetic!
ЁЯЪи The new NCERT social science class VII textbooks have removed chapters on the Mughals and the Delhi Sultanate, replaced by content on ancient Indian dynasties.
Mockery of Bihar?
Giriraj Singh, Textile Minister under the able guidance of PM Modi has approved 2100 Cr for PM MITRA Textile Park in Madhya Pradesh on the eve of Modi's Bihar visit.
I urge you to join me & trend #ModiFailsBihar on 24th April. Do not get carried away by the grand show that media & social media is preparing for you.
Few trains or Panchayat Raj day celebrations or MNREGA funds distribution for nation or some funds for Housing scheme is not going to change the destiny of Bihar.
The new terminal that is planned to be opened will be an incomplete one with no scope for international flights, no aero city, no runway expansion or fog landing system.
Bihar needs to face the reality and ask for better if not equal treatment from Modi govt. Compare Bihar with number of airports opened in UP or defence corridor set up there or textile park. Bihar has nothing.
Bihar is taken for granted as they know how easy it is to fool Biharis emotionally. Veer Kunwar Singh was never remembered but suddenly you see an air show to honor him.
Politicians should fear Biharis not the other way round. No work , no vote.
You have to rise up. Show that you see everything and you will decide based on the work not on emotions or fear of Jungle Raj, it is never coming back.
Modi is in power since a decade & is in government in Bihar too but we haven't got any PSUs, Industrial Parks, Expressways, Textile/Semiconductor/Plastic/Defence/Toys parks etc, nothing.
We have to highlight this and let them know that we are looking for industrialisation and not alms every now & then. 24th April is the right day to do this.
Various paid handles will be trending #BiharWithModi or some other planned hashtags but people of Bihar should show that Bihar will no longer get fooled. We need real deals. Politicians should fear the voters. Atleast this time.
I urge you to join me in this trend in highlighting how Bihar has been neglected for so long.
Failure to convey this message would mean another 5 years of no work & some work during next elections. Let's not allow that to happen. Bihar needs industries urgently. Desperate times needs desparate measures.
