@opiumhum I see, yeah that actually makes a lot of sense! Yeah, I often find the language used to describe things around web3 to be complicated and inaccessible in a certain way, but I'm also not very deep into the scene 😉

@MattBowdler You could create a botany book, collect, press leaves, name them etc. Or if you have space, pottery, woodwork etc. Personally I would go for anything that can be done completely outside of the digital world and somehow engages my body/hands

@pleasewill agreed,I guess it really comes down to the leadership, their style and how much they trust their employees ethos. Some companies when becoming bigger might also start implementing more rigid processes and become less agile. This IMO is a big step away from DIY ethos.

@pleasewill for sure! I think it starts to loose that character a bit once you are hiring more and more specialized people for specific areas that you don't have the skill (and or time) to do. (for e.g. accounting, engineer etc)
