If you are a low energy person, you can't do anything outside work or studying.
When you can't do activities outside work/studies eg. travel, gym, singing, dancing etc. You have basically close to 0 personality.
If your personality sucks, you will struggle in life. Moreover, at some stage in your career, you will start struggling on promotions. And, get burned out.
Either grow your energy.
Or see yourself left behind.
Parents be like “I put a roof over your head, I cloth you and I feed you everyday” isn’t that your responsibility? Ain’t I your child? Was I asked to be born?
According to psychology the biggest sign of childhood trauma is trying to convince people who are hurting you to treat you better rather than you walking away.
The more religious a country is, the more hypocritical it is: the less educated it is, the higher its birth rate, the poorer it is, and the unhappier it is.
Just look at the list of the happiest countries in the world - Finland, one of the most secular and atheist countries, where people hardly follow religion, has topped the list for the seventh time. Number-1
Those people are going to work, enjoying their lives with their families.
Australia is not too bad. People here also don't follow religion that much. Australia came 15th on the list.
Now look at our great India. We came 116th. We were trying to top the list from the bottom.
Poverty, hunger, income, human development, happiness. We’re near the bottom in almost everything.
Millions of people still don’t even make 100 rupees a day.
And we still think the solution is more religion: We've found God in everything - God in trees, God in rivers, God in mountains, God in lions, God in elephants, God in monkeys, God in parents, God in teachers.
Only children were left. Children are also considered a form of God. Then which God is left unhappy?
Use some common sense. Faith has its own place. Whatever religion you were born into, follow it.
We've been kept tangled in religious things from the beginning so that whenever you're in trouble, instead of knocking on the right door, you knock on God's door.
I mean, seriously! 🤦♂️
Your body won't make room for a baby if you have no room in your life.
So many women are pouring every ounce of themselves into their job. They barely have time to cook at home or exercise, or at least they feel like they don't.
It's not really about time. All their mental energy goes to work, and there's nothing left over for their health.
Having a baby requires space, both emotional and physical. Part of restoring your fertility is slowing down enough to show your nervous system there's time for a baby.
That's hard when work is treated as the most important thing in life. It's also why IVF is so popular. It lets you skip this step, at least in theory.
IVF can fertilize an egg in a dish, but a body running on chronic stress still has to carry that pregnancy.
My wife & I are debt free.
Yesterday we received a large check from a paid off investment property (68 acre farm) we cash rent.
Here's our couch. ($200 from a neighbor that was moving).
Here's our kitchen table. ($15 to refurbish).
We drive 12/13 year old SUVs.
I own zero fancy watches or designer clothes.
My wife owns zero designer shoes or clothes.
We joke that if someone robbed us when we were away, they would be so angry because our home has nothing of value!
What we are RICH IN:
•Time.
•Margin.
•Freedom.
•Generosity.
•Passive income.
•Being 100% sovereign.
•Working on things we love.
•Never missing a kid’s event.
•Never sitting in boring meetings.
•Taking a midday walk anytime we want.
You've been PROGRAMMED to stay on the hamster wheel forever as a consumer.
UNLEARN.
Freedom > stuff.
This is SAVAGE 🔥
CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka, hours after walking out of detention 👇
"Narendra Modi is the biggest coward of India."
Think about it for a second.
Why would a young man who was just released
say something this bold?
Look at what he went through:
> Detained over a peaceful protest
> Held overnight
> Family and colleagues running to the Supreme Court for a habeas corpus plea
> Released only after a court order
And the first thing he does when he's out?
Not apologise.
Not stay quiet.
He looks into the camera and says this.
Now ask yourself who's really scared here.
A government with 300 MPs, every agency and the entire police force,
shutting down metros, switching off the internet,
detaining students by the busload,
all to stop a few young people with placards.
Is that strength?
Or is that fear?
The man with the 56-inch chest
was so scared of students that he locked down the capital.
Ashutosh only said what the whole of Delhi saw this weekend.
Locking up students isn't courage, Modi ji.
Facing their questions would be 🗿
#GyaneshKumar #DelhiProtest #SupremeCourt #DelhiPolice
I returned to the national capital after 2 am and have rarely seen anything like what Delhi is witnessing now, with checkpoints every few hundred metres, concrete barriers and spike strips laid across our roads, a war-like deployment of 22,000 police and paramilitary across the city, 250 trains cancelled and 45 metro stations closed, and reports of young people being detained from their own homes and the streets in and around Delhi -- all to prevent citizens from peacefully raising questions about the integrity of our elections. Most regressive (as well as repressive) is the suspension of the internet in the heart of the national capital.
Freedom of movement stands completely shackled. Jantar Mantar was designated precisely so that citizens could voice dissent in the centre of Delhi, and today even the roads leading to it have been declared out of bounds. One is entitled to ask where this extraordinary manpower and urgency disappear when women in our capital need protection.
Those detained will hvre to be released .And if the protesters simply return on Monday, will the authorities lock down the national capital all over again? Our GenZ deserves better than an undeclared Emer-GenZ.
A government confident in the fairness of its elections would welcome questions about them, whereas one that turns its capital into a fortress to avoid them only deepens the very suspicions it seeks to suppress. The government should provide answers, not lathis; expression, not repression.
Barricades will do nothing to restore faith in the Election Commission, and the sooner it answers the public's questions, the sooner calm will be restored. The strength of a democracy is measured by how it treats those who question its working, and by that measure, what we have seen today is utterly shameful and unconscionable.

#WATCH | Nagpur | Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Founder Abhijeet Dipke says, "The Delhi Police came and told me that my grandmother had died. I then asked the Delhi Police to let me call my cousin who lives in the village; I requested them to bring my phone for just two minutes. They refused, saying they couldn't bring the phone and asked me to provide the number instead. I told them I didn't remember the number by heart and asked them to just hand me the phone for two minutes so I could retrieve the number and give it to them. Even then, they did not give me the phone. By law, I have the right to call my lawyer as well. The Delhi Police did not allow that either; they wouldn't let me call my lawyer. I needed to call my cousin—who lived with my grandmother in the village—to ask what had happened and how. The Delhi Police still refused to give me the phone. What do you make of that? They still wouldn't let me make the call. At 3:30 AM, the Delhi Police came and told me to call my parents and inform them that I had been arrested. What was the intention behind this? Waking me up at 3:30 AM and telling me to call my parents—waking them up too—to tell them I was under arrest? I asked them why they hadn't informed my parents all day that I had been arrested or where I was being held. Why didn't you tell them during the day? Why are you telling me this at 3:30 AM? Why not wait until morning? They insisted it was a legal procedure. What kind of legal procedure requires calling someone's parents at 3:30 AM to inform them that their son has been arrested? My grandmother had just passed away due to health issues; my parents were already in a state of shock. On top of that, these Delhi Police goons and brutes wanted me to call my parents at 3:30 AM and shock them with the news that I had been arrested. They have no humanity—absolutely none. They are goons in uniform—thugs wearing the uniform—and Amit Shah has turned them into such hooligans...I haven't signed any bond. We will take to the streets again; we will not be intimidated by people like Amit Shah and Modi. Throw us in jail not just once, but a hundred times—we do not fear your dictatorship. We will put an end to your dictatorship"
