@PURE_BL00D2 there’s majority of people who are citizens who they would say no for the same question so this doesn’t really prove much. not saying this from the perspective of a specific side, it’s just this question doesn’t further the discussion at all to either sides point.
@DalcroftJack @kirawontmiss achievements and certifications are earned, respect is earned, but success is given, and it’s given as a reward for achievements certifications respect and other things. that’s my understanding of the point. not really a bad one
@DalcroftJack @kirawontmiss Sometimes you can do all the right things, but not get where you wanted until the right person helps. Few “successes” in this world are ones that you can just get on your own. most people are workers not bosses and someone has to give an employee a job, they can’t just take it.
can yall communicate better please?
everyones becoming to comfortable with hostility hiding behind their screens
if you have a strong passion for your opinion and ideals, find an effective way to communicate those concepts in a way that promotes a valuable discussion
@7BitBrian @DiscussingFilm i don’t think they really care about the others being banned, especially since they all bought stocks in Meta owned companies, this has been a tool for the senators to profit while also limiting our access to information under the guise of our security. just speculation tho
@7BitBrian @DiscussingFilm it low key has been tho, did the ceo of any of these other bytedance programs have to go to court? or did any of these programs come up in court? The focus has been tiktok because as one of the senators said “it’s a propaganda tool” they don’t want us learning information from it.
