Yaguchi-san’s IG live was joined by Kaizuka-san (timekeeper, assistant & advisor at the shoot). K-san said the atmosphere during the shoot was very nice, fun, friendly & warm, esp. during Firebird🐦🔥
Y-san said this is an important factor for creating something good.

The joint IG live also highlighted Yuzu’s professionalism:
•proper warm-up before the shoot = a sign he’s giving it 100%
•instead of just posing, he skated to get the flowy costume movement
•Y-san forgot to take 📸 of 1 scene but when he checked the pics, Yuzu had included it
IG Live:
When Yuzu skated in Firebird costume & the feathers on the headdress were fluttering, he said cheerfully:
“Waah, they’re fluttering~! (わ〜パタパタしてる~!)”🪶
Kaizuka-san told him at REALIVE he still remembers Yuzu’s tone of voice & facial expression😄
Bts footage pls🙏
@pandapoohkuma@myindylion Ah,if that’s the case, then maybe it’s just a cultural difference. Since I’m not from Japan, I saw it as a normal creative discussion between Ito and Yuzu while shaping the concept together, not really a rejection. Since they’re both Japanese, I just didn’t interpret it that way.
@pandapoohkuma@myindylion If I understood the circled part correctly, Yuzu thought the hair ornament might have been distracting during the performance on ice. And I think that’s different from wearing it just for a PB photoshoot.
“Couture on Ice” will be released on 24Jul 2026✨
Yuzu skated wearing 6 costumes for this photobook, all designed by S. Ito:
💎The Peacock's White Knight
💎Sakura
💎Energy
💎Moonlight Sonata
💎TenChi
💎Fire Bird
