@Airtel_Presence AirtelBlack shift req (ID: 10101017707074) was closed without resolution. Tech refused to install as I didn’t have the router,though I’d requested one. No update, no follow-up. A new req now raised = more delay. Bills running, no service. Pl resolve or disconnect
