हाथरस से जलेसर मार्ग कांशीराम कॉलोनी के निकट की यह दयनीय स्थिति । ऐसा प्रतीत होता है मानो मार्ग के बीचों बीच नगर निगम की यह गाड़ी दिन प्रतिदिन कचरा इक्कट्ठा करके मार्ग को बंद करने का प्रयास कर रही हो। *क्या प्रधानमंत्री जी इसी स्वच्छ भारत की बात करते है*
