@HeroMotoCorp @gupta_rekha but still have not received a satisfactory resolution. The service centre is not providing genuine support, and no support-team representative has contacted me.

The Territory Manager told me that I would not get any separate treatment

@HeroMotoCorp @gupta_rekha @purchased @PMOIndia Hero Xtreme 125R around 8 months ago, and I am already facing serious issues including engine oil leakage, gear sensor failure and incorrect gear indication on the meter.
I have raised around 10 complaints/emails with Hero .
