My PNR 8308713276 which is near about 4hrs late and my canactiong train PNR is 6626615314, during booking of tickets average train was late 2 hours and accordingly that I did my travel plan hence I unable to caught my canactiong train .how to file TDR ?@RailwaySeva #irctc pl help
