@CecythePro dont take melatonin! melatonin only makes you tired enough to drop into the dream state. you can use stronger meds to get into the deep sleep state but u shud talk to a doctor about that. maybe try sleep hypnosis!

@GemmaWalsh_x to people considering this, please go to your doctor first! only the combo pill increases risk of blood clots (bc it contains estrogen); progestin-only methods are safe! Ive also read taking “breaks” and going back on BC increases ur risks even more.

@rachel_necolee @the_riel_life hi! try vegan pesto for pastas, hummus for sandwiches, avocado salsa on mexican food/avocado on american food👍🏼 also a lot of asian dishes r vegan! to add flavor i usually go for garlic, soy sauce, or lemon juice depending on the food. good luck!
