I am trying to apply for TAN via DSC but the website is unresponsive. This is urgent as I have to get it and do the transaction within 1-2 days. Can I please get some help here?

My documents reached Protean office yesterday around noon. Still the TAN status website is showing that they are waiting for the documents to process. Can this be checked at the earliest as this has become super critical now?
