building @RewardMatrix because finding out your credit card doesnβt work at the airport lounge is a terrible experience :(
if you're thinking of getting a subscription for a credit card tracking app, you might wanna wait... here's whyπ
It's week 0 of building @RewardMatrix v2 - a credit card benefit tracking app.
I just completed building the new powerful extraction engine that is the core of all the new features. It learns from new credit card news and updates data on the fly.
A bit expensive to run but works beautifully and is fully automated.

Taking a look at existing solutions / honest take:
1. SaveSage: App Store review says it all. Not talking about the rating but the review people posted after using the app.
3. Points Casa: Beautiful product in the make but currently targeting only experienced users who are maximising hotel and flight redemptions.
2. Magnify: Similar comments as Points Casa. Haven't used it much but looks like an app version of Points Casa + gift cards.
4. Maximize: Currently only doing gift cards, at least only known for it. But doing a good job.
5. Cred: Not very useful for experienced users. Does a decent job for newbies in terms of making them aware of the features. Good at tracking expenses. UI is nice. Maybe sells data.
which one did I miss? any contradicting opinions?
